The owner of the house is a very prolific painter & very different types of paintings, as well as art, can be found throughout the apartment. His wife and himself are passionate cooks & the kitchen proves it as its over-equipped, the proximity of food shops as well as the Saint-Quentin food market will make you want to cook a few meals yourself…
One first enters the foyer with, right across, a bathroom with a walk-in shower a sink & next door there’s a toilet.
Then there’s the very large living/dining room, with a very comfortable sofa with chairs, armchairs, coffee table & a large TV set.
The kitchen awaits you, it’s fully equipped, and there’s a dining table, washer & dryer, frigidaire, and freezer. The very large balcony with a table for 4 guests is there for the asking, it overlooks the rue de Paradis.
Via a door one enters the office with a desk, a top-of-the-line rowing machine a daybed for a 3rd guest. Next door is the bedroom equipped with a double bed & on the other side a full bathroom with a bathtub & a glass sink.
Located in the less touristy 10th district of Paris and a short walk to bars and restaurants, this charming Parisian apartment provides the perfect couple’s cocoon or solo travelers sanctuary. The apartment’s interiors have been carefully curated to deliver an elegant artist’s look. You’ll find quaint treasures and accessories throughout. With Gare de l’Est (one of Paris’ major train stations) only a few-minute stroll away, you’ll be well-connected to just about anywhere in Paris, meanwhile, other destinations in France will also be at your fingertips if you’re looking to take day trips to other nearby destinations too.
